Project Manager, PMO
- Plan, manage, and deliver cross-functional projects from initiation through close, owning project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, costs, and change management while adapting plans as priorities, constraints, or requirements evolve
- Develop, maintain, and revise project plans that provide clear milestones, tasks, dependencies, and target versus actual completion dates, balancing rigor with flexibility as work shifts
- Direct and coordinate work across internal teams and external vendors, monitoring progress, escalating risks or constraints as needed, and ensuring alignment toward agreed-upon outcomes
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; communicate risks, tradeoffs, and mitigation plans to key stakeholders and executive sponsors to support timely decision-making
- Facilitate effective project execution through structured meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, documentation of decisions, and tracking of action items and follow-ups
- Provide clear, consistent project communication, including regular status reporting to management and executive stakeholders at the appropriate level of detail and cadence
- Partner closely with stakeholders to clarify goals, align on priorities, translate business objectives into actionable project plans, and navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and incomplete information
- Continuously evaluate project work in the context of broader organizational strategy, identifying opportunities to improve impact, efficiency, or delivery approach
- Support additional operational responsibilities as needed based on stakeholder and organizational needs, which may include temporarily or permanently supporting a stakeholder group, managing intake or prioritization processes, or contributing to operational workflows to enable effective execution
- 3–5 years of experience independently managing all aspects of cross-functional projects, including managing multiple (5+) projects concurrently, using established project management fundamentals
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Ability to define, deliver, and measure value as defined by key stakeholders, with experience contributing to or developing roadmaps
- Strong project execution skills, including defining and controlling scope, maintaining schedules, leading tradeoff discussions, managing expectations, and coordinating activities across stakeholders
- Proven ability to facilitate effective project team and stakeholder meetings, communicate clearly in written and verbal formats, and tailor information appropriately for executives and cross-functional teams at the right cadence
- Demonstrated strength in risk forecasting, issue identification, mitigation planning, and problem solving in environments with ambiguity, partial information, and competing priorities
- Strong initiative and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without authority, analyze data, set priorities, think beyond individual tasks to broader goals, and work effectively in a self-directed, growth-oriented environment
- Experience using work management or project tracking software
- Experience using Jira and Asana highly preferred
- CAPM, PMP, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), or PMI-ACP
