Business Systems & Operations Analyst (NetSuite Lead)
Direct Hire; up to 120K
NW Houston

This newly created role will report directly to the Controller and serve as the company's NetSuite subject matter expert. The position will support operational accounting, business analysis, reporting, process improvement, and strategic initiatives across the organization. Working closely with both the Controller and President, this individual will help optimize business processes, improve data visibility, and maximize the company's utilization of NetSuite, allowing leadership to focus on their expanded responsibilities.

Duties:

• Act as the primary administrator and power user for NetSuite
• Drive NetSuite optimization, workflow automation, reporting, and user adoption
• Support the Controller with operational accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and business intelligence reporting for management
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Partner with the President on strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Document and improve business processes to support scalability and efficiency
• Coordinate NetSuite enhancements, integrations, testing, and training
• Serve as a liaison between accounting, operations, and executive leadership

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of NetSuite administration, business analysis, accounting systems, or ERP experience
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes
• Experience supporting Controllers, CFOs, or senior leadership
• Advanced reporting, dashboard, and data analysis capabilities
• Proven ability to improve processes and implement system enhancements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
