Farmers Market Of Grapevine in Grapevine, TX is looking for one HR manager to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 520 S Main. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Ensure positive employee relations are met in accordance with policies and practices
- Manage employee complaints in a diplomatic manner
- Answer high-level questions regarding employee benefits
- Coordinate recruiting tactics with management and business needs
- Coordinate scheduling and any scheduling issues that arise
- Assist with social media and other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Experience working as a HR Manager
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- A positive and supportive attitude that supports our values and culture
- Great problem solving skills and ability to resolve them
