What you'll Do:
We're looking for an Operations Finance Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving operational and financial excellence across our North American footprint.
In this role, you'll be more than just a number cruncher-you'll be a finance business partner supporting a network of gas recovery sites across the United States and Canada. You'll oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring accuracy in inventory management and capital/fixed asset oversight. With a balance of strategic analysis and hands-on process improvement, you'll help shape decisions that impact both the bottom line and daily operations.
Reports to: Operations Finance Controller
Location: Rhome, Texas (North Fort Worth area) flexibility for some hybrid work with manager approval, up to 2 days per week on designated rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight : Serve as the finance business partner supporting a network of gas recovery sites located throughout the United States and Canada.
- Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with variance analysis to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions directly with functional leadership.
- Inventory Compliance : Maintain standardized inventory processes and procedures for all defined locations of accountability. This includes leading annual physical inventory observations and weekly cycle counting programs while adjusting inventory records in the ERP system when appropriate to ensure accurate visibility for the business.
- Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications and Skills:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Entry level to 5 years' experience in Accounting or Finance roles
- Advanced computer skills and a demonstrated super user of Microsoft Excel
Highly Desirable:
- MBA or CPA / CMA certification
- Working knowledge of Sage Intacct ERP and/or IBM Planning Analytics and Business Intelligence
