Technical Manager Completions and Sand Control
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for strategic customer engagement
- Develop and execute aggressive growth plans to achieve revenue targets
- Provide technical expertise in completions and sand control, selecting the appropriate design, and ensuring successful delivery to the end user
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Prepare and present technical proposals, and differentiated solutions
- Support job planning, execution, and post-job analysis to ensure optimal performance
- Identify opportunities for product/service expansion and new technology deployment
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand needs and align solutions
- Ensure compliance with Weatherford's HSE, quality, and operational standards
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments
- Strong technical knowledge of completions and sand control systems (e.g., gravel pack, frac pack, screens, ICDs)
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills
- Commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in completions, sand control, or related oilfield services
- Experience in client-facing, technical sales, or account management roles preferred
- Proven track record supporting or delivering completions and sand control solutions
- Experience working with operators and understanding well construction and production challenges
- Familiarity with industry tools, technologies, and field operations
- Prior experience with major service companies preferred
- Travel required based on customer and operational needs
