Tarrant County Locksmith Retail Associate

Responsibilities
- Obtain a locksmith license and perform locksmith services with provided paid training
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming store environment
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services
- Answer customer inquiries about specific products and services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate customer purchasing decisions
- Cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and store profitability
- Ensure products are fully stocked and manage merchandise returns
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products and services
Qualifications
- Mechanical inclination
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
- Basic math skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
