Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and highly organized Sales Support Coordinator in Grand Prairie, TX to support sales operations while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and create impactful marketing content. This role will work closely with the sales and design teams to develop sales materials, assist with marketing initiatives, create graphics and presentations, and coordinate projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has experience with AI-powered productivity tools, marketing, graphic design, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity and organization go hand in hand.
Requirements :
QuickBooks and Excel experience
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and create content
Strong communication and organization skills
Strong creative and technical skills with the ability to produce marketing content
Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
