Solution Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Solution Architect with 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in building complex distributed enterprise solutions, as well as proficiency in the design and implementation of complex cross-platform solutions. As a .NET Solution Architect, you will work closely with other architects and developers to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for creating technical designs and architecture documents, as well as leading the development team in the execution of those designs.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and architect complex distributed enterprise solutions using .NET technologies
2. Work closely with developers to ensure solutions are implemented according to designs
3. Develop and maintain architecture documents, technical designs, and other documentation
4. Serve as a technical resource to other architects, business analysts, and program managers in product strategy definition and implementation
5. Identify potential risks and issues and provide solutions for successful project completion
6. Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the .NET space to guide our technology directions
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, QA engineers, and DevOps engineers

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
2. 15+ years of experience building complex distributed enterprise solutions using .NET technologies
3. Proficiency in the design and implementation of cross-platform integration solutions
4. Strong knowledge of C#, .NET technologies, React, and Kafka (preferred)
5. Experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, and message queues
6. Strong understanding of software design patterns and architecture principles
7. Experience with Agile methodologies
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work independently and in a team
10. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
