Gas Controller Associate

Primary purpose:

• Primary responsibility is to be responsible for safe, dependable, and efficient pipeline operations.

Position Responsibilities:

• This is an entry level position to perform the job duties of a gas controller on the NGPL, MEP and KMLP systems. The job location is Houston and the hours are 12 hour shifts. The controller will be responsible for safe, dependable, and efficient pipeline operations.

Candidate should possess:
• Good analytical thinking
• Able to remain calm during emergencies.
• Works well with others.
• Communicates well verbally and written.
• Good computer skills.
• Willingness to provide high level of customer service.
• Willing to study and work outside normal hours when needed for self-improvement.
• Follows up and follows through when required.

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma.
• Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering is a plus.
