Store Executive

The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory handling, stock checks, and order dispatches.
- Assist the sales team by ensuring timely order processing and delivery coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming and outgoing goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for product availability and delivery timelines.
- Engage with HORECA clients for order updates, returns, and feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store and sales reports.
- Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and hygiene of stored items.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Ideal Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in store/inventory management, preferably in the HORECA or retail industry.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales and client handling.
- Proficient in Spanish (Read, Write, Speak) – essential for daily communication with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with inventory software and basic MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Female candidates strongly preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
