Qualifications You Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of experience with diesel and hydraulic/electrical systems.
• Mastery of diagnostic tools and service manuals.
• Analytical prowess and calm under pressure in demanding conditions.
• A personal toolkit relevant to the job, ready for action.
• Effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• A clean driving record and the ability to mobilize a company vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Adept in lifting 50 pounds and comfortable in varied work settings.

Consideration for Preferred Applicants

• ASE Certifications and specific OEM training (CAT, Cummins, etc.).
• A flair for mobile repair or field service experience.
• Articulate communication and exceptional customer conversance.
• Experience handling customer projects and leadership roles.
