LPN (Houston and surrounding areas) Friendly Faces Senior Care, a leading senior care provider in Houston, Texas, is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record patient vitals, symptoms, and progress.
- Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Valid LPN license in the state of Texas.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
