At Chick-fil-A, our desire is to become the most caring company in the world. As an administrative assistant, your job will entail guest interactions over the phone, generating daily reports for leadership, engaging in business accounting processes, team communication around catering, and participating in operations during peak times.

  • This Administrative Assistant position is for future restaurant growth within the year. This position will initially train for restaurant operations and gradually train for administrative duties.

Responsibilities of a Restaurant Administrative Assistant:

  • Prepare and generate daily reports, meeting agendas, and emails
  • Conduct month-end accounting processes
  • Manage ordering for uniforms and supplies
  • Maintain time punch record keeping
  • Process payroll-related transactions
  • Organize, track, and maintain vendor invoices
  • Respond timely to emails and phone calls
  • Support the team through operations daily during peak times
  • Provide remarkable hospitality to guests and respond to guest complaints
  • Assist store leadership in daily administrative tasks and follow up on routine task duties
  • Perform and assist with other general administrative duties as required

*Applicants will also be expected to work on their feet for several hours at a time.*

Prior administrative work experience is preferred.

Pay: $15 - $17 / hour
