Adobe Experience Manager Developer

Our client is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager developer to build scalable, high-quality digital experiences for customer-facing platforms. The role focuses on AEM Sites development, component and template design, and integration with modern frontend frameworks and backend services. The developer will collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver performant and accessible solutions within an enterprise CMS environment. The work supports continuous improvement and agile delivery for commercial software initiatives.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.
• Build and customize AEM Sites, components, templates, and workflows.
• Collaborate with UX and design, product, and backend engineering teams to deliver customer-facing web experiences.
• Integrate AEM with modern frontend frameworks and backend services.
• Ensure performance, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability of AEM solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Hands-on experience developing with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong understanding of AEM Sites, components, templates, and content models.
• Frontend experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale CMS environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across product, design, and engineering teams.
• Experience supporting high-traffic, customer-facing digital platforms (preferred).
• Familiarity with integration patterns between CMS platforms and backend APIs (preferred).
• Experience working in agile development environments (preferred).
