ConstructionExecs is seeking a talented Senior Estimator with experience running a geographically diverse team. They are serving primarily the multi-family housing and hospitality markets across the central and eastern United States from 6 regional offices.

Due to growth, we are seeking an Estimating Manager to estimate multi-family projects focused on sound dampening, gypsum sub-floors, waterproofing, elevated concrete, floor leveling, as well as stain and seal scopes of work.

Locations: Oklahoma City, OK, Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Role)

The Role Involves:

• Leading a team of estimators
• Brining new ideas, processes and procedures
• Adjusting to enhance performance
• Reviews with regional teams
• Supporting sales & operations
• Eventually expanding the client base.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to lead a team of geographically dispersed team members
• Strong attention to detail
• Sound problem ability
• Knowledge of the subcontractor bidding process:
• Ability to read construction drawings/blueprints
• Adept with Measure Square, On Center, Plan Swift, eTakeoff, and other software
• Strong Microsoft EXCEL skills including creating and using advanced formulas

This role is ideal for an estimator ready to move into a managerial role. 5- plus years of estimating is needed, with at least 2- years of team leadership of geographically diverse teams. There will be 30 percent travel involved as the team is being solidified.
