Ashworth Strategy: Client Centric Project Manager

Ashworth Strategy, a rapidly expanding Ecommerce and MedSpa Growth Marketing Agency based in the U.S., is experiencing significant growth. To support this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Client Facing Project Manager with a specialization in Ecommerce and/or MedSpa client management.

Position: Contract to Full Time hire opportunity

Focus Areas: Ecommerce & MedSpa Clients

Start: Immediate, Urgent Hire

Overview:

This position begins as a part-time contractor role with the intention to transition to a full-time position after an initial trial period. This approach allows both the candidate and Ashworth Strategy to assess fit and performance, with the opportunity for a permanent role that offers additional benefits and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Ecommerce and MedSpa clients, guiding them through the development, implementation, execution, and optimization of cross-channel campaigns.
  • Onboard new clients, tailoring strategies to their unique needs and objectives.
  • Lead client discussions, manage expectations, and ensure commitment to their success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Ecommerce and MedSpa industries.
  • Generate and present detailed reports on account status.
  • Updating Playbooks and SOPs as needed.
  • Support Project Managers.
  • Attend all team meetings and media buying meetings at 6pm EST (3pm PST) to ensure alignment and collaborative strategy execution.
  • Be available to connect with our Australian team members, accommodating the time difference to maintain effective communication and project synergy.

Requirements:

  • Project Management certified
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment juggling several projects at once.
  • Must be able to work in PST time zone
  • Familiar with Asana Project Management Tool
  • Highly organized and process-oriented.
  • Proven experience with Shopify and in a marketing agency setting, managing client accounts.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management or Client Relations.
  • Familiarity with Social Media, Paid Ads (Google, Facebook, TikTok), and Email/SMS Marketing.
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Communication, or a relevant field.
  • Strong collaboration skills, superior communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Must be flexible with work hours to meet the needs of international team members and client meetings, with availability to transition to a full-time role after the initial 3-month period.

Job Type: Part-Time, Contractor (Experienced Level) with potential for Full-Time after a trial period.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
