Warehouse Operations Operator
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate various equipment to move materials and products.
- Maintain records as required.
- Develop skills in specific tasks and procedures.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Work independently under general to limited supervision.
- Perform routine tasks following prescribed steps.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
- Read, write, and comprehend documents in English.
- Perform basic math calculations.
- Adapt to a metrics-driven environment.
- Possess general computer skills.
Experience Required
- Warehouse experience or related training.
- Basic skills training in material handling, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to operate equipment safely.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment

Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience or related training
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting or moving items over 50 lbs

- Willingness to obtain or maintain necessary licenses, training, or certifications.
