JOB SUMMARY:- The Manager of Vessel Maintenance and Repair is responsible for directing day-to-day engineering operations across G&H Towing’s tugboat fleet. This role leads the Senior Port Engineers, Port Engineers, and shoreside mechanics to ensure vessels remain safe, compliant, and operational. The Manager oversees all maintenance, repair, and drydock activities, aligning execution with the Engineering Department’s strategy, budgets, and regulatory standards. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this position serves as the operational leader within the department, ensuring that maintenance and repair efforts are executed efficiently and consistently across the fleet.
