Product Manager

The Product Manager plays a crucial role in defining and executing the product strategy for our healthcare analytics platform. This position focuses on understanding stakeholder needs, balancing conflicting priorities, and driving the development of solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in product management within data-intensive healthcare applications, with the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver high-value features. This position combines technical understanding with strong business acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with healthcare data platforms, analytics solutions, and cross-functional teams. They should demonstrate expertise in product development methodologies, backlog management, and stakeholder communication. Proficiency in product management tools, data analytics concepts, and healthcare industry knowledge is essential. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our healthcare analytics solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and synthesize business requirements from diverse stakeholders across the organization
- Balance conflicting priorities and interests to define a cohesive product roadmap
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring tickets are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development
- Facilitate refinement sessions, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver valuable product features
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation
- Define and track product metrics to measure success and inform decision-making
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and releases to stakeholders at all levels
- Stay current with healthcare industry trends and competitive landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience in data-intensive or healthcare applications
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Proficiency in product management and project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Expert in stakeholder management and consensus building
- Experience with backlog management and user story creation
- Strong background in gathering and prioritizing business requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with healthcare data and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Knowledge of data analytics platforms and business intelligence tools
- Experience with healthcare analytics industry
- Background in data visualization and reporting systems
- Previous team leadership experience
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
- Product management certification (CSPO, CPO, etc.)
