Part-Time | Registered Nurse
Schedule: Position includes working Every other weekend and every other holiday.
Available Shifts: 10:00pm-6:30am (32 hours in a 2 week pay period)
Pay Range: $38.51 – $48.13 per hour (based on experience)

-Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring for effectiveness and resident response
-Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems
-Assess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and support appropriate follow-up care
-Coordinate and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants (NARs) to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery
-Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standards
-Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment for residents, families, and team members
-Demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and exceptional customer service in daily practice
Qualifications:
-Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
-Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
-1+ years of nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living settings
-Extensive experience in Memory care.
-With excellent communication skills.
-Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-Demonstrated clinical judgment, integrity, and professionalism
-Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
-Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
-Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
