HOA Facilities Porter (Fort Worth, TX)

Allied HOA is looking for an experienced HOA Facilities Porter We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands-on and helping customers. The Porter is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all community facilities community, including buildings, landscaping, parking lots/structures, trash areas and common areas.

Position Summary:

• Upkeep of grounds by picking up trash/debris, performing basic cleaning duties, and select landscape maintenance for amenities, building exteriors, community office, parking lots and other community buildings.
• Assists in routine maintenance and repairs of community facilities

Qualifications:

• Maintenance Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Certification in maintenance technician areas, including plumbing and pool maintenance (Preferred)
• Available to work full-time hours, five days per week
