**Pay rate $18-20/hr. DOE**

We are looking for a Warehouse Service Associate to provide excellent customer service for our teammates through our Central Warehouse in Dallas. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. You will assist with inventory management through warehouse to warehouse shipping to our Texas locations, as well as on location shipping and receiving and inventory control. Warehouse and yard maintenance are a team effort, so the expectation to participate is understood. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly service our Texas teammates will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that our teammates are satisfied and you will contribute to the Texas Divisions profitability.

Responsibilities

• Go the extra mile to engage customers

• Help Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Provide accurate inventory information
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with your team to provide excellent service and organization (especially during peak times)
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Basic math skills
• Be able to lift 50-70 pounds
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Good driving record with no traffic violations

Bonus Points for the Following*

• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions (willing to train the right candidate)
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
