Corporate Development Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Building financial models to assess returns and accretion / dilution on potential acquisitions
·Preparing evaluation materials to support potential acquisitions and/or organic growth projects
·Assist business development and commercial teams in their efforts by providing assistance with customer presentation materials (pitch books), financial analysis on new business opportunities, providing industry and competitor analysis, etc.
·Assist FP&A team as needed in the monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting processes
REQUIREMENTS
·2+ years of energy i-banking or a combo of banking / management consulting and corp. dev.
·Highly capable Financial modeler and advanced skill in Power Point
·Team player who is able and willing to learn new skill sets
·Ability to multi-task and support multiple functions such as M&A, BD, Commercial, Land, and FP&A
