Why Work With Us? * Competitive Pay & Bonus Opportunities * Top Priority for Certified Hyundai Technicians * Flexible Work Schedule * Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits * 401(k) Retirement Plan (at most locations) * Paid Time Off * Ongoing Manufacturer Training & Professional Development * Advancement Opportunities within the Hiley Automotive Group * Life Insurance What You’ll Do: * Perform accurate, efficient repairs as outlined on repair orders in line with Hyundai standards and dealership policies * Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and steering * Operate Hyundai diagnostic tools and service equipment to complete manufacturer-certified repairs * Test-drive vehicles to verify concerns and confirm proper operation * Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate clearly and transparently with customers * Accurately estimate time required for additional work and document recommendations * Complete all warranty repairs per Hyundai guidelines and documentation requirements What We’re Looking For: * Hyundai Certification (Active or Previously Held) is strongly preferred * 5+ years of automotive technician experience ideal * A-level skills in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair * Strong understanding of modern vehicle technologies and systems * Detail-oriented, reliable, and driven to perform at a high level * Comfortable using OEM diagnostic platforms and software * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * High school diploma or equivalent required At Hiley Hyundai of Burleson, we believe in teamwork, transparency, and taking care of our people.
