  • Participate in and occasionally lead cross-functional CI projects (e.g., automation, process reengineering, layout optimization), from idea generation through benefit realization.
  • Assist in the facilitation of Kaizen events, rapid improvement workshops, and Lean initiatives, including preparation of materials, data collection, and documentation of outcomes.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to standardize best practices and drive adoption of CI tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials to support sustainable improvements.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, cycle time, cost per order, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support change management efforts by assisting with communication plans, training sessions, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights, coaching peers, and promoting operational excellence across the distribution network.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or logistics within a distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting or leading CI projects with measurable results in cost, quality, or service.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation technologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
