Work you'll do

As a Manager in our SAP practice, you will:

• Lead SAP SD/OTC workstreams across implementation, migration, divestiture, testing, cutover, and go-live activities in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments
• Gather and analyze business requirements, documenting current- and future-state processes, and driving requirements sign-off with client stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate Deloitte and client teams on scope, sequencing, action items, risks, and issue resolution
• Oversee delivery activities, including test planning, cutover planning, staffing coordination, statement of work support, and status tracking
• Drive integrated business process execution through data conversion, integration coordination, user support, and collaboration across onsite and offshore teams

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree plus 10 years of work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment or as an internal consultant
• 5+ years of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) solution design and functional lead experience
• Experience with 4+ full life cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation programs, including service as an SAP SD/OTC lead or workstream lead on 2+ SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA programs
• Configuration or solution design experience in 3+ SAP SD/OTC areas, including pricing, billing, sales order management, delivery, customer master, material master, sales views, or customer-material info records
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

• Master's degree or postgraduate management qualification
• Experience delivering SAP programs at a professional services firm with 10,000+ employees
• Experience leading SAP OTC workstreams in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, or energy
• Experience with ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation, brownfield SAP S/4HANA programs, or business divestiture or separation initiatives
• Experience with SAP data conversion for customer master, material master, sales views, customer-material info records, and other OTC master data objects
• Training in SAP Sales and Distribution, SAP S/4HANA Sales, Agile Scrum, or Product Owner disciplines
