Client Account Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with businesses, organizations, unions, employees, and members
- Educate clients on available benefits and coverage options
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads, referrals, and current clients professionally and consistently
- Conduct virtual or in-person consultations with prospective clients and organizations
- Utilize company resources, systems, and training throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and enrollments
- Follow company procedures and industry compliance standards
- Continue developing sales, communication, and product knowledge through training
