We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events that align with our clients’ objectives and brand identity. From concept development to on-site execution, you will ensure every element runs smoothly and successfully.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution from pre-production to post-event wrap-up
Liaise with clients to determine objectives, budgets, and timelines
Source and manage vendors, venues, and suppliers
Oversee event set-up, staffing, and logistics
Maintain detailed event documentation, contracts, and budgets
Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Conduct on-site inspections and supervise event staff during execution
Evaluate event success and create post-event reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
