Senior Agentic Platform Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Agentic Platform Engineer for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing and delivering production‑grade agentic AI and data platforms that are scalable, observable, and governed.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Agentic Platform Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Architect, design, and deliver production‑grade agentic AI and data platforms, from specification through deployment, with a focus on scalability, observability, and governance.

• Lead advanced agent orchestration and multi‑LLM integrations using LangGraph, LangChain, and MCP to ensure consistent, model‑agnostic behavior across systems.

• Develop and optimize enterprise graph and analytics solutions, including TigerGraph GSQL, knowledge modeling, and Snowflake/dbt‑based data quality pipelines.

• Champion spec‑driven development practices, defining agent behaviors, tool contracts, APIs, and data schemas prior to implementation.

• Design and support AI‑optimized CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to enable high‑frequency, reliable GenAI deployments.

• Act as a technical anchor for the team by providing architectural guidance, removing blockers, and ensuring long‑term system stability and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).

• 10+ years of senior‑level experience in software and data engineering delivering production systems in large, global enterprise environments.

• Deep hands‑on expertise in agentic AI orchestration and multi‑LLM architectures, including LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, and frontier models (GPT, Claude, Llama).

• Proven experience in enterprise data platforms and knowledge systems, including TigerGraph/GSQL, Snowflake and dbt, data quality automation, and spec‑driven CI/CD practices for GenAI solutions.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
