Regional Nurse Manager - Job Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act for Licensure.
- Manage operations and outcomes of designated clinical departments, aiming to minimize incidents and complaints.
- Communicate clinical nursing concerns to the Director of Nursing.
- Engage in hiring, coaching, and performance reviews with the Site Director.
- Create tools for routine chart reviews to ensure accurate documentation and practice.
- Address patient complaints and strive for timely resolutions.
- Organize orientation schedules for new Medical Assistants and conduct evaluations.
- Ensure proper incident reporting in partnership with the Compliance Department.
- Facilitate and conduct monthly trainings through in-service and/or observation.
- Participate in provider meetings to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Conduct audits on inventory for clinical oversight.
- Perform audits on patient care practices, sterilization, and personal care.
- Adapt training to promote practice improvement.
- Follow organizational policies and contribute to policy writing as needed.
- Deliver routine feedback and assist in the ongoing evaluation of clinical services.
- Manage exposure control plans for bloodborne and airborne pathogens.
- Support onboarding and infection control processes for clinic-based staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Unrestricted Texas RN license or valid compact state licensure.
- BLS (CPR & AED) Certified.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a licensed, registered nurse, preferable in supervision.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and spoken/written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to demonstrate self-confidence and positive attitude toward self and other achievement.
- Excellent team player and communication skills required.
- Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize.
- Adept in decision making responsibilities.
- Bilingual (Spanish) desirable.
