Filipino Marketing Director
We’re hiring a **Filipino Marketing Director** with strong experience in leading marketing strategy, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who’s both analytical and creative—someone who can align marketing initiatives with business goals and inspire a high-performing team to deliver measurable results.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
* Oversee all marketing operations, including digital marketing, content creation, email campaigns, and social media management
* Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment across campaigns and goals
* Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention
* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to guide decision-making
* Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI
* Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
* Present marketing performance reports and growth recommendations to leadership
**Qualifications:**
* Filipino candidate with at least 2 years of proven experience as a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or similar leadership role
* Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and strategic planning
* Proven experience managing and scaling marketing teams
* Familiar with marketing tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email automation platforms
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
* Data-driven mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments
