This End User Computing Associate will assist in asset management, maintaining an always-accurate inventory of endpoints across the organization.

Procurement & Enrollment

• Corporate image/policies auto applied

Active Use

• Patch management
• Compliance enforcement
• App Lifecycle updates

Changes

• User reassignment
• Hardware refresh

Offboarding & Decommissioning

• Remote wipe
• Remove access certificates
• Update asset records
• Secure disposal or reuse

Preventing “Ghost Devices”, identify and remove:

• Stale devices
• Duplicate records
