Job Description:
Lead the development of a data analytics proof of concept initiative within a dealership environment, guiding insights-driven decisions to enhance business profitability.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a 12-week proof of value (POV) analytics initiative onsite at a dealership

Oversee coordination with third-party vendor partners
-
Engage and align senior dealership stakeholders around data insights and analytics strategy

Consolidate data from various tools and sources to improve usability and business insight

Drive analytics on customer lifetime value and inventory movement
-
Ensure alignment with latest AI trends and tools
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
15 years of data analytics experience
-
Proven leadership in advanced analytics and AI implementation
-
Experience with data tools such as Databricks, Dataiku, Snowflake, etc.

Strong track record of stakeholder management at senior levels
-
Ability to lead vendor relationships and onsite initiatives

Nice-to-Haves:

Automotive industry experience (e.g., Ford, GM)
