Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Consolidator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking orders, preparing goods for shipment, consolidating inventory, and keeping the warehouse organized. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of products and maintaining high standards of member satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that offers the chance to be part of a growing team and make a direct impact on operations.

What You'll Do

• Assist with pick, pack, and ship processes.
• Label products, build totes and pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Consolidate inventory to optimize space utilization.
• Conduct inventory counts and control.
• Investigate misplaced items and assist with inventory discrepancies.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Break down shipments for fast turnaround to fill back orders.
• Handle company assets with care and attention.
• 95% of this job consists of hand-picking customer orders.

Who You Are

• A team player with excellent communication skills, able to deliver clear information to colleagues and vendors.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks with efficiency and urgency.
• Comfortable working in various conditions, including refrigerated areas, and capable of meeting physical demands such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Experience with Reach Trucks and Pallet Jacks: At least 3 to 5 years of experience or willing to be trained on-site.
• Comfort with Heights: Capable of working at heights of 25-30 feet.
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Experience with RF scanners and Made4net.
• Inventory Management: Strong skills in receiving, storing, and verifying stock.
• Safety and Quality Standards: Knowledge of safety protocols, including food handling and OSHA regulations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in both refrigerated and ambient temperature zones.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Team player with effective communication skills.

Educational Requirements

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
