Pay Range

• Production Operators: $15.50 – $18.50 per hour

• Group Leads: $22.50 – $26.00 per hour

Shift Schedules

Current Schedule

Lead Position

• 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Operator Position (After Training)

• Rotating between two shifts:

  • 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

  • 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Future Transition to 3-Shift Schedule

Lead Position

• Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Shift 3: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Operator Position

• Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Shift 3: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Production Operator – Job Overview

As a Production Operator , you’ll work under management and Lead Operators to safely produce high-quality products. You’ll learn to operate equipment, follow manufacturing processes, and maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and computer systems

• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures

• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning

• Support new hire training

• Report equipment or safety issues

• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of production or manufacturing experience preferred

• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)

• Forklift operation (certification preferred)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Willingness to work with hazardous materials (training provided)

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 55 lbs. and move 55-gallon drums with assistance

• Stand, walk, or sit up to 12 hours per shift

• Wear required PPE (steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses)

Group Lead – Job Overview

As a Group Lead , you’ll oversee daily production activities, lead team members, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production operations and assign tasks

• Train and mentor operators

• Monitor safety compliance and address hazards

• Coordinate equipment maintenance and cleanliness

• Track production data and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college/technical training a plus)

• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience (leadership preferred)

• Knowledge of hazardous material handling and safety standards

• Forklift and HazMat certifications valued but not required

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Same as Production Operator role

• Ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment
