Systems Integration / Test Engineer, Staff
Description: Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, Florida an opening for an experience lead test engineer. Our team is responsible for designing, integrating, and ensuring the seamless operation of test systems, and you will play a key role in providing technical support, test equipment improvements, and troubleshooting expertise. What You Will Be Doing
As the ATE Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing test consoles, interface test adapters (ITAs), test cables, and test fixtures. You will be architecting software and writing source code. You will be hands-on integrating the test system hardware, software, and device under test (DUT), then performing verification and validation of the test system. You will work with a range of technologies, including TestStand, LabVIEW, Matlab, and C# to control signal generation and measurement tools, conduct Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), and functional testing. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, Upgrading, and Supporting test equipment hardware and software as needed
Analyzing failures associated with test equipment and providing recommended solutions
Troubleshooting and resolving test system complex issues
Collaborating with production teams to maintain test equipment uptime and support troubleshooting Why Join Us

This position is in Orlando. > Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location. This position requires the ability to travel up to 30% to Ocala, FL. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. An Interim Secret Clearance required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related and 5+ years of professional experience
Experience designing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) hardware
Experience writing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) software
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Proficient with National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand
Experience with Verification and Validation of test equipment for DoD/DoW products
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
