Position Overview

Aaron Reeves State Farm Agency is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to assist customers with policy service, account support, and general insurance inquiries.

Schedule & Work Environment

This position is based in our Keller, TX office. The role offers predictable office hours with flexibility in scheduling based on responsibilities and agency needs. Flexible work schedules may be available depending on performance and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with policy changes and billing inquiries
Respond to coverage and claims-related questions
Maintain accurate and organized customer records
Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service
Support daily office operations

Qualifications

Property & Casualty license preferred
Candidates must be licensed or willing and able to obtain licensing
Customer service or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Organized and dependable work style

Compensation

$15.00 $25.00 per hour
Compensation based on experience and licensing
