Kids' Program Assistant

We're hiring an attentive person to lead our evening kids' club and keep the children safe and happy while at our Austin, TX establishment. Keep reading to learn more!

• Experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting
• Valid food handler's certification
• Ability to engage with children ages 4 to 10
• Heart for working with children and maintaining a fun, safe, and engaging atmosphere
• Responsibility, reliability, and comfort with working independently

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Our Kids' Program Assistant works Wednesday and Friday evenings from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm .

In this part-time role, you'll be hanging out with children, leading age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a positive environment where they can have fun while staying safe. Always upbeat and cheerful, you'll get the children to participate in games, arts, crafts, movie time, and other activities. You'll pass out snacks during snack time, maintain a fairly organized play area, and clean up once the evening is done.
