Receptionist Details:

• Temporary position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls; respond to general inquiries about services
• Schedule consultations, site visits, and installation appointments
• Maintain customer records, contracts, and documents (digital and paper files)
• Assist with data entry, invoicing support, and basic reporting
• Other duties as directed by supervisors

Receptionist Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in construction, or energy industry a plus

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
