WFH Administrative Assistant
Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team through tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain and update company databases and systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications with clients and partners.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle basic HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative assistant role.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual office setting.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $95,000 - $140,000 per year
