Financial Customer Service Associate/AA/Sales Assistant – fully in office
Direct Hire; up to 80K

**Financial services experience A MUST

Duties:

• Support investment professional with administrative and client service tasks including maintaining and growing client relationships
• Ensure the smooth operation of sales processes and enhance client experience
• Respond to client inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide updates on accounts or services
• Prepare reports, maintain client records, and assist with compliance documentation
• Help process applications for financial products (e.g., investments, insurance, loans), follow up on leads, and coordinate marketing campaigns
• Enter client data accurately into CRM systems and ensure all documentation is current
• Liaise between clients and financial advisors, providing timely and professional communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software knowledge
• Intelligence, attention to detail, and strong organizational ability
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills; positive demeanor
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• Ability to work independently, strong work ethic, and trustworthy
