Corporate Legal Secretary

A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled and proactive Legal Assistant to support its Corporate and Real Estate practice group. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate and transactional matters in a collaborative, professional environment with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, manage, and organize documents related to real estate and corporate transactions
Prepare legal correspondence, contracts, leases, closing documents, and title commitments
Coordinate closing processes and communicate with title companies, lenders, and clients
Conduct legal research and due diligence, including property record investigation
Handle entity formation, EIN applications, and filings across multiple states
Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with general administrative tasks
Maintain accurate and organized electronic files
Prepare closing binders, expense reimbursements, and internal documentation
Provide backup support to other legal assistants as needed
