This is not just an office role - we're looking for a leader who is willing to get involved on the floor , with equipment-operating experience and a readiness to step in where needed. You'll oversee facility operations, manage P&L, guide team performance, and ensure customer satisfaction, all while staying actively engaged in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of facility operations.

• Be a visible, hands-on leader with the ability to operate equipment when needed.

• Ensure compliance with standardized processes and company procedures.

• Monitor staff performance, motivate teams, and foster a culture of teamwork.

• Forecast and manage staffing levels; address operational and HR-related concerns effectively.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees and supervisors to support professional growth.

• Oversee inventory control and cycle count accuracy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in Distribution/Logistics (3PL preferred).

• Equipment operation experience required; must be willing to work alongside team members when needed.

• Knowledge of P&L and operational performance management.

• Strong computer proficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field a plus, but not required with equivalent experience.

Desired Skills

• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop exempt and non-exempt associates.

• Strong understanding of safety practices and compliance.

• Experience with inventory control management.

• Excellent communication and motivational skills.

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving expertise.

• Ability to manage in a diverse and inclusive workplace.

• Track record of driving cost savings and operational efficiencies.

• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
