Overview

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and professional Home Services Craftsman with strong integrity, a servant’s heart, and exceptional work ethic. This role is perfect for an experienced trades professional who wants the independence of flexible scheduling without the stress of managing a business.

We handle marketing, scheduling, administration, and customer acquisition— you focus on delivering excellent workmanship . You will operate from your home using your own vehicle and tools, and serve customers in the NW San Antonio and Boerne area.

If you are a dependable, seasoned craftsman with 10+ years of experience, Ace Handyman Services wants to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality repairs, maintenance, and craftsmanship across multiple trades (carpentry, tiling, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical).
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Communicate clearly with clients and office staff regarding project needs.
• Produce accurate estimations when required.
• Travel to job sites using your own vehicle and toolset.
• Follow safety standards, service expectations, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

All candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Servant’s heart, integrity, and strong work ethic.
• 10+ years of successful prior experience as a Carpenter / Craftsman / Handyman (estimation skills strongly preferred).
• Ability to perform minor electrical and minor plumbing .
• Own a standard set of tools .
• Own a pickup truck, SUV, or van .
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and active vehicle insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen .
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
