A reputable title company in the Dallas, TX 75205 area is looking for a motivated, expert, and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join its specialized team. This is a critical role where you will be an integral part of the transaction process, overseeing complex commercial files from opening to closing and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all clients.

The ideal candidate brings a proven background in transaction management, thrives in a high-volume team environment, and takes a proactive approach to delivering outstanding service and compliance at every stage of the closing process. They must be very experienced, polished, and a quick learner in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level, comprehensive support to Escrow Officers in the successful execution and closing of commercial real estate transactions.
• Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and communications to ensure strict compliance with Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) requirements and internal audit readiness.
• Prepare, process, and accurately review all necessary closing and transaction documents, including deeds, corporate resolutions, settlement statements, and complex escrow instructions specific to commercial deals.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for principals, lenders, attorneys, and other commercial stakeholders, providing clear, consistent, and proactive communication.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing all complex client inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• MUST have over two years of experience as an Escrow Assistant (a strong focus on Commercial files a PLUS)
• Capable of completing tasks and closing transactions with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Proven ability to independently manage the full scope of a transaction file from start to finish.
• Familiarity with industry-standard escrow and title software such as SoftPro, RamQuest, Qualia, or ResWare.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills necessary to efficiently manage multiple commercial priorities.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work seamlessly within a fast-paced team.
