Recruiter, Talent Acquisition
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for operational and airport-based roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce gaps
- Conduct intake meetings and create effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking channels
- Organize and attend hiring events at domestic airport locations
- Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews
- Provide hiring managers with timely updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress
- Track recruiting metrics, KPIs, and SLA performance
- Maintain accurate applicant records in ATS systems
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with vendors, RPO partners, Legal, Labor teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support hiring decisions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Assist with high-volume hiring initiatives and workforce planning activities
- Travel to recruiting events, including occasional weekend events
Skills:
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- High-volume hiring experience
- LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing expertise
- Experience with ATS systems such as SuccessFactors, Taleo, or iCIMS
- Recruiting metrics, SLA, and KPI tracking
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
