If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this role is an excellent fit for you. **Key Objectives** * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Mayo Behavioral Health team. * Manage communication, scheduling, and office logistics efficiently. * Contribute to a welcoming and professional environment for staff and visitors. * Ensure accurate handling of documentation and confidential information. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for clinical and administrative staff. * Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage email correspondence. * Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality. * Assist with patient intake processes, including data entry and verifying information. * Support billing and insurance documentation as needed. * Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations. * Facilitate communication between departments and external partners. * Assist with event coordination and team meetings when required. **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. * Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health settings. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. * Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor. * Detail-focused and proactive problem solver. **Benefits** * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Supportive and inclusive workplace culture. * Paid time off and holiday leave. * Access to employee wellness programs and resources.
