Senior Project Manager

Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Project Manager in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities
• Manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and portfolio forecasts across concurrent initiatives
• Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestones, driving timely resolution of issues
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, remove obstacles, and support successful delivery outcomes
• Provide portfolio-level reporting, insights, and executive updates to support informed decision-making
• Facilitate cross-functional communication, planning sessions, roadmap reviews, and governance activities
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, delivery standards, compliance requirements, and organizational controls
• Mentor and support project managers by promoting consistent project practices and effective risk management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, collaboration, and operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, or a related role
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes across technical and business organizations
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations, status reports, and strategic communications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery standards
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and team development capabilities
