Influencer Partnerships Manager
Trend Management is looking for a proactive, highly-motivated, and organized individual with proven leadership skills.
In this role, you are responsible for managing a small team of Talent Managers, managing influencer campaigns from start to finish, including but not limited to securing campaigns, negotiations, ensuring content is created and deliverables are met. You will be responsible for day-to-day strategy and campaign execution, all communication between brands and the influencer, and client outreach.
As a people leader will take an individualized approach to direct reports' development, be a creative problem solver, be a knowledgeable resource and example to others, and be a confident communicator.
A successful Influencer Partnerships Manager will have experience in contract negotiations, project management, building relationships, and managing people.
Responsibilities:
- Project management: manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, including negotiating rates, developing and/or reviewing and signing contracts, tracking product orders, managing post dates, communicating campaign briefs, gathering analytics.
- Takes a solution-focused approach to resolve any content or contract issues that may arise.
- Dedicated approach to client outreach with brands on behalf of talent
- Ensures accurate, well-maintained records in Asana to maintain ease of campaign fulfillment and visibility and transparency for the influencer.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with influencers and brands on behalf of Trend Management.
- Proactive communication daily with talent regarding (but not limited to) open offers, strategy, reporting and earnings, and current campaign maintenance
- Investment in direct reports' growth and development
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
- A team player who displays a positive, professional attitude and works well with others to ensure team goals are achieved.
- Willingness to be flexible and take on other responsibilities and opportunities as they arise, understanding that the business is ever-changing.
Requirements:
We're looking for candidates who are extremely organized, proactive, detail-oriented, have strong, confident communication skills, and can manage multiple clients at once. The right candidate for this role is not looking for a standard 9-5 and is able to think outside of the box to come up with innovative pitches and solve problems creatively.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- 4+ years of experience in client services or customer-facing roles, preferably in adjacent industries
- 4+ years of experience in negotiating and reviewing contracts
- A passion for and strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing
- Expert attention to detail and strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills
- Self-starter with strong drive to not only succeed personally but have the drive to grow and develop client businesses
- Relationship driven with ability to work with a multitude of personalities and work styles
- Adaptable to sudden changes in schedules and trends and an ever changing industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
