Account Manager
Maven Landscapes is seeking a skilled and dependable Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial landscape maintenance accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and wants to help deliver excellent service with a professional and personal touch.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the care and communication of a group of residential and commercial clients. Your focus will be on maintaining high-quality service, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and coordinating closely with our operations team to ensure each property reflects the high standards Maven is known for.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring contracted services are delivered as promised and helping clients make informed decisions about additional needs or improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate property conditions and service quality
Communicate proactively with clients regarding schedules, updates, and opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with crews, supervisors, and internal departments to deliver high-quality, on-time service
Monitor contract fulfillment, track service progress, and ensure accountability across teams
Identify and propose enhancement opportunities
Document property conditions, customer interactions, and any service concerns
Participate in internal planning and reporting meetings
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or project coordination (landscaping or property-related industries preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
High attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
Comfortable using technology to stay organized and efficient
Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
Willingness and ability to learn internal systems, including estimating tools
Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong advantage
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
